Dr. Chad Casey, PT, DPT, ATC, CIMT
Dr. Chad Casey, completed his Physical Therapy education at the University of Missouri in 1999 and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T Still University in 2010. Along with being a certified Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Chad is also certified as an Integrated Manual Therapist.
Outside of work, Chad likes outdoor hobbies like cycling and fishing. He values quality time with his wife Amanda and their three children, Chaz, Avery, and Adrianne.

Angela Gregory, PTA
Angela Gregory (PTA) graduated from Arkansas State University (ASU) in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science.
Angie later earned her associate degree in physical therapy assistant from ASU in 1997. Angie is passionate about helping others and continuously improves her skills through advanced clinical education.
Besides her career, Angie enjoys spending time with her husband Lindel and her three daughters Abby, Kacey and Lily, as well as her dog Oreo.

Dr. Coe Rose, PT, DPT
Dr. Coe Rose is a skilled physical therapist who earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Missouri State University in 2018.
Coe is dedicated and passionate about his work. Along with his wife Sara and their son, he recently moved to our community from Springfield.
His arrival has added to the positive and energetic atmosphere at our clinic. His expertise and commitment to patient care make him a valuable addition to our team of professionals.

Dr. Madison Sutton, PT, DPT
Dr. Madison Sutton completed her Bachelor’s in Biology in 2020 and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arkansas State University in 2024.
Originally from Poplar Bluff, Madison is glad to be back in her hometown serving the community in the profession she loves. She has a passion for orthopedic physical therapy and geriatrics.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys reading, kayaking on Current River, and spending time with her Husband, Trevor, and her dogs, Piper and Willow.

Emilie O'Dell, PTA
Emilie O'Dell (PTA) graduated from Cape Girardeau technical and career center in 2021 with her associate of applied science in the physical therapy assistant program.
Prior to that, she excelled at softball for Three Rivers College and Greenville high school. While in high school Emilie spent considerable time in physical therapy after tearing her anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). This ultimately led her into the profession. Emilie now utilizes her personal experience to provide empathetic care to clients that are overcoming injury. When not at her profession, Emilie enjoys going to concerts, playing music with her brother, hunting, collecting shoes and spending time with friends and family.
